Aruba is diving headfirst into an aggressive commitment to renewable energy. By 2020, the  island plans to rely entirely on energy from wind farms, solar power, and waste. Already the islands operates on 40% clean energy and has partnered with the Carbon War Room, an international renewable energy nonprofit, to employ its citizens in reaching their goals in the coming years.
