All this beautiful weather makes me want to wear a bikini all day everyday, but my cheat days have turned into cheat weeks and I can’t be great!
I must get my “summa body” in check and I’ve been looking for more of a variety to clean eating. A lifestyle change doesn’t have to be boring, so check out this mango smoothie I’ve been making!
Mangos are rich in vitamin c and a, which is vital for your immune system but also alkalizes your body. It also clears your skin and helps to make it glow, so ladies bottoms up!
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 cup of mango (frozen is ok but fresh is better!)
2 cups of coconut water
1 cup of peeled orange
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of ice
Place all ingredients into your mixer of choice and Voila!, a healthy yet satisfying meal to go! It is better than the smoothies you buy and takes 5 minutes tops to make! If you don’t have time to clean up your tools, soak it in warm water and it’ll be 10 times easier to clean when you get home. No excuses! Stop hitting that snooze button and you’ll have time for breakfast, you won’t regret it, scouts honor!
