How is that summertime fine body coming along everyone? Besides clean eating, I hope everyone has been incorporating good exercise into their routine! Abs are made in the kitchen, but cardio works wonders too.
Kiwi is a superfood and actually has more vitamin C than an orange. It aids in lowering blood pressure and also potassium deficiency. Clean eating isn’t easy but if you switch up your recipes, it’s not so bad. (And eventually your taste buds adjust!)
Here is another smoothie recipe to try.
Tip: Try to lessen your “Johnny On The Rocks” intake once in a while. Those empty calories creep up on you and boom, there goes your summa body. Everything in moderation! 🙂
1 cup strawberry yogurt (or your preferred flavor)
6 strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled
1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar or Honey
1 cup ice
*Sometimes I like to throw a few leaves of spinach in there, just because 😉
Mix all ingredients in blender or bullet and enjoy!
