In celebration of 70 years of continued service to and from Jamaica, British Airways is rolling out a plan that is good news for Jamaica’s economy and a much need boost in the wake of Hurricane Matthew. A campaign will begin next summer to increase the number of flights from the U.K. to Kingston. Included in the campaign will be a move to a larger and more utilized terminal at Central London’s Gatwick Airport that is predicted to increase revenue. British Airways also hopes to expand its service to the Montego Bay Airport.
