Apparently the first day of Spring was March 20, but Mother Nature is still getting on bad. Ah sorry fi unnu! Shoveling snow, walking to the train station in the freezing cold and driving on ice is just enough for me to never want to move anywhere North of Orlando. If the temperature hits below 70 degrees ah wah bawl!

For all of our up north Island 360 fam, keep yourselves warm with this Caribbean Classic.

When is the last time you had Milo? Remember the chocolate and malt mix from the green tin with the soccer player? Did you ever dip your bread or cake in it? Or nah? Ok maybe I’m just “special” but you don’t know what you’re missing!

What You Will Need

▪️2-3 teaspoons of Milo (depending on how rich you like it)
▪️1/4 cup of boiling water
▪️1/4 cup of Baileys or more to taste

*For the pickney, replace Baileys with condensed milk and cows milk, evaporated milk or even vanilla almond milk to taste.

Once water has boiled, mix all ingredients together. The hot water aids the Milo to properly dissolve however if you like it cold, you can top it off with ice after. Enjoy!
